Terms of Use — Member Center

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the ipcb.cc Member Center, operated by Shenzhen Lingxin Technology Co., Ltd. (“IPCB”, “we”, “us”), Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. ICP filing: 粤ICP备2025391416号-3. Contact: info@ipcba.com.cn.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid work email address, company name and job title to register.
  • One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, submit false information, or attempt to farm welcome credits with multiple or fake accounts.

3. USD 60 new-member welcome credit

  • The credit is USD 60, issued once per member account after your email address is verified.
  • Minimum order value USD 200 before discount. One welcome coupon per order.
  • Valid for 90 days from the issue date. The expiry date is shown in your coupon wallet.
  • Not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not combinable with other promotions.
  • Because there is no online checkout on ipcb.cc, the credit is applied by our engineering team to your first quotation/order. Paste the coupon code into your enquiry notes.
  • We may decline a credit claim where we reasonably believe the account is not genuine or the offer is being abused.

4. Quotations and orders

  • All prices are quotations valid for the period stated on the quotation. Manufacturing specifications and capabilities are described on ipcb.cc/capabilities.
  • A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (email) after you accept a quotation.
  • Lead times start from order confirmation and receipt of complete, manufacturable files (Gerber, stackup, BOM where applicable).

5. Payment, delivery and risk

  • Payment terms are stated on each quotation or order confirmation.
  • Delivery terms, shipping method and incoterms are stated on each quotation. Risk passes as per the agreed incoterm.
  • Prices exclude taxes and customs duties unless explicitly stated.

6. Quality and claims

Fabricated boards are warranted to conform to the accepted manufacturing data and IPC class agreed in the quotation. Inspect goods on arrival and raise any quality claim in writing within 30 days of receipt, with photos and, where requested, the boards or samples returned for analysis. Our liability for defective boards is limited to re-manufacture, repair or refund of the affected order value.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the design files, Gerber data and specifications you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to manufacture your order and to keep records required by law. We will not manufacture your proprietary designs for third parties. Our site content, brand marks and tool implementations remain our property.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious (including files designed to exploit our systems) or that you are not licensed to submit.
  • Do not scrape, overload or interfere with the Member Center or the tools on ipcb.cc.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profit or data) arising from the use of the Member Center. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong, unless a signed supply agreement states otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Material changes to the welcome-credit programme will be announced to members by email.
