1. Who we are
The ipcb.cc Member Center is operated by Shenzhen Lingxin Technology Co., Ltd. (“IPCB”, “we”), Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. For any privacy request contact info@ipcba.com.cn.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, password (stored only as a salted hash — we never see it in plain text).
- Profile data: company, job title, full name, role type, industry, country/region, phone/WhatsApp, company website.
- Preferences: whether you opted in to engineering/marketing emails.
- Coupon data: your welcome-credit coupon code, amount, issue/expiry dates and redemption status.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Member Center: our cloud hosting and authentication provider (Tencent Cloud / WorkBuddy cloud services) and email delivery for verification codes. Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. International transfers
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated in accordance with PRC data-protection requirements and may be processed outside your country. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. 6. How long we keep it
- Account and profile data: kept while your account is active, then up to 24 months.
- Coupon and order-related records: kept as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations.
- Security logs: typically 12 months.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw your marketing consent, or object to processing — email info@ipcba.com.cn from your registered address. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority; if in China, to the competent Cyberspace Administration authority.
8. Security
Passwords are stored only as hashes; access to member records is restricted to authorised staff and systems (row-level access control on the database); traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password for your member account.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Member Center uses browser local storage only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies here. The main ipcb.cc site may set additional cookies described on that site.
10. Children
The Member Center is for business users and is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page. Material changes will be announced to members by email.
